Publish with CAP

We welcome spontaneous submissions of articles in English or in Russian. Feel free to send your paper to infocap@gwu.edu with a subject title CAP Submission. The articles that are accepted by our CAP Editorial Board will be professionally edited and formatted per our CAP Paper design and will be published individually on our website as soon as they are ready.

Submission Instructions: 

– Academic articles should be between 3,000 and 8,000 words, Chicago style footnotes;
– Please submit full, finished, articles, edited volumes or short monographs;
– We also review two-page proposals.
