This policy brief, authored by Rashid Gabdulhakov, is based on a full report (available soon) on Russian propaganda in Kyrgyzstan by the Institute of War and Peace Reporting (IWPR) in cooperation with the EUCAM programme of the Centre for European Security Studies (CESS).
